Effective Date: March 29, 2026. These terms govern your access to the specialized Mekong Insight Hub analytics platform and database services.
01 Foundation of Agreement
By accessing MekongInsightHub.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Mekong Insight Hub, based in Bangkok. This insight hub is designed for professional use, providing economic research and regional data. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of our analytics platform immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of our current operational standards.
02 Proprietary Intelligence & IP
All content, including but not limited to economic models, proprietary mapping, dataset structures, and regional trend analytics, is the exclusive property of Mekong Insight Hub. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view data for internal business intelligence purposes.
- No automated scraping or bulk extraction of the Mekong Database is permitted.
- Redistribution of our analytical reports requires written authorization.
- Custom indices and algorithms remain our sole intellectual property.
03 Stewardship of Platform Use
Accuracy is the cornerstone of our analytics service. Users agree not to input fraudulent data or attempt to circumvent security protocols. This platform operates as a secure environment for strategic planning; any attempts to introduce malicious code or disrupt service stability will result in immediate permanent suspension and potential legal action under Thai jurisdiction.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing professional accounts across multiple organizations is prohibited.
Permitted Use
Data accessed through the hub should inform decision-making but does not constitute formal legal or financial advice.
04 Limitations of Liability
While we strive for absolute precision in our Mekong region analytics, economic landscapes are subject to volatility. Mekong Insight Hub provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the data provided will be error-free or that the insights will lead to specific commercial outcomes.
In no event shall Mekong Insight Hub or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our database or regional reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the last twelve months.
Strategic Integrity
Our terms ensure that the high-fidelity data we provide remains accurate, reliable, and exclusive to our authorized partners.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively in the courts located in Bangkok.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our analytics services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the hub.
